Sargun Mehta is an Indian actress, model, and television host. She made her acting debut from Theatre. She made her debut in cinema from Punjabi film Angrej.
Sargun Mehta was born on September 6, 1988, in Chandigarh, India. Her height near about 1.65 m. She completed her schooling from Sacred Heart Convent school and Carmel Convent School. She got her graduation degree in Bachelors of Commerce from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University.
Sargun began her career with theatre. She took parts in theoretical shows while studying in college. In 2009, she participated in 12/24 Karol Bagh, A Zee TV  program. This program opens the gate of shows on her. Later, she played key roles in various Television serials like Phulwa, Teri Meri Love Stories, Crime Patrol and much more. Mehta also participated in different reality shows like Nach Baliye, Bigg Boss seasons and comedy nights with Kapil, etc.
