Jacqueline Fernandez was born on August 11, 1985, in Manama, Bahrain. Her father, Elroy, is Sri Lankan and mother Kim is Malaysian descent. She completed her early education at Bahrain. Jacqueline got her degree in mass communication from the University of Sydney.
After completion her studies, Jacqueline Fernandez started her career from Sri Lankan TV as a reporter. At the same time, she worked in various modelling assignments.
