Adah Sharma was born May 11, 1989, Palakkad district, India. Her height near about 5.7′. Her father S. L. Sharma was a captain in Nave merchant. Her mother is a classical dancer. Adah completed her schooling from Auxilium Convent High School in Mumbai. She got her graduation degree in Kathak from the Natraj Gopi Krishna Kathak Dance Academy.
